Our Fitter Faster Further walkers took to the streets of Thunder Bay for six weeks earlier this summer. We shared lots of stories and tips to get the most out of walking. One of our favourite post-walk tips is to drink a chocolate milk to replenish your muscles! Here's another tip: If you're wrapping a jacket around your waist while walking, do up the zipper first.
