I just finished reading this book. It is absolutely exquisite and heartbreaking but leaves the reader hopeful. If you enjoyed "The Glass Castle" by Jeannette Walls you would like this book.

This story is about two sisters who are growing up with a mother who is a schizophrenic. It is a story about abandonment and forgiveness. It is beautifully and poetically written.

A good read.
