What's for dinner this Thursday night?  Actions...

I don' t have a clue as yet. I'll be down town late in the afternoon so when I come home it may be catch is as catch can.  What ever I take out of the freezer will take too long to cook when I get back... and I'll be hungry.

currently 6:55AM, no idea yet. Right now just having a cup of tea, nursing a sore mouth after a root canal & two replacement fillings yesterday. 

Think I'm on my own for dinner tonight anyways, then I'll head to the airport to pick up my husband at 8PM.

finished mixing vegan burgers, and they will be formed and grilled this evening. I've got some watermelon in the fridge getting nice and cool for tonight's dessert.

Anyone who will get home earlier than you, to make something?

Quinoa salad here, with vegetables, tofu and other things for a yummy main meal salad.  Quick to make, and everyone loves it.

because it's cooler, I am willing to go outside to bbq so I'm making our bbq favourite - Ercilia's chicken - and a stir fry with broccoli, mushrooms and grape tomatoes, which I've never made before but am willing to give a try for something a bit different.
