Can early cancer diagnosis be harmful?  Actions...

According to this article, 15 to 25 percent of women are overdiagnosed with breast cancer and endure radiation and chemotherapy unnecessarily. Do you know anyone that was overdiagnosed? Please share your thoughts.

have early than late diagnosis.  Mine was Stage I and I was very grateful I got fast treatment - 9 years ago.

Who wouldn't want an early diagnosis?  I'd rather have that and go through the treatment and be cured, than discover it later, have the treatment and then die in the end.  It's a no brainer to me.  Pretty well everyone in my family who has died, has had cancer in one form or another.  If I have so much as one cancer cell in my body, I'd want to know about it ASAP.  Kind of a dumb question if you ask me.
