Its true!  lol!

I had a roommate who reported to be one day when she came in from a run that she'd had an orgasm while on her run!  I joked and laughed and asked her what I needed to do so I could enjoy my run just like she did!  I've always wondered what her trick was!

when I think about it, it does seem plausible.

When you are working your lower abs, you are engaging muscles in your pelvic/genital area. One dance instructor I know described engaging the lower ab muscles as trying to suck your nether lips in and pull them up to your belly button. Essentially, this is like a kegel exercise, and these are the same muscles that can be involved in facilitating orgasm during sexual activity.

So, it makes sense to me.
